 oman's touch. This play about two brothers at the height of sibling rivalr
 y was once closed by Shepard's agent when a small theatre tried a producti
 on with an all-girl cast. Now\, The Pendulum Theatre of Houston will do th
 eir own production at Midtown Art Center starting late March&hellip\; as d
 irected by a female.\n&ldquo\;I approached Holly with this play about a ye
 ar ago\,&rdquo\; says Pendulum's Managing Director Houston Hayes about Pen
 dulum's Artistic Director\, Holly Vogt Wilkison. &ldquo\;She liked the pla
 y but was a bit hesitant to go forward\, knowing how truthfully Shepard li
 kes his plays to be depicted. She knew there had been issues in the past w
 hen a small company tried an all-female cast.&rdquo\; In the end Pendulum 
 decided to go for it.\n&ldquo\;I love a challenge\,&rdquo\; Ms. Wilkison\,
