We have our warehouse for rent and that has a wood shop set up . You are able to use our tools and tables but just take care of them and replenish blades when needed and things like that. We currently use the front of the warehouse for our architecture office but the back wood shop / warehouse is not used.

It will be a shared space bc we have to just walk through the warehouse to get to the back of the building.  But besides that no one will be using the wood shop. (We might use it maybe once a month)

I do like to rescue dogs every so often and have to put a kennel in the warehouse to house them so you definately have to like dogs and get along with them. We prefer someone that might even be a little "Artsy" At least a minimum 1 year lease.

$500 per month includes electricty (usage within reason) and water
