Houston Symphony is hiring professional and motivated Part-Time Patron Services Representatives for the Houston Symphony Patron Service Center at Jones Hall.

Details: Part-time position with flexible hours within the Patron Services Center. Hours are Monday – Saturday, 10am – 6pm with extended hours on performance nights and weekends (may include some holiday weekends).

Responsibilities: Assist concertgoers both in person and over the phone with subscriptions, ticket sales, exchanges and performance information.

Qualifications: Strong customer service ethic, excellent problem solving skills, computer literacy and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Classical music background is a plus.
