Society for the Performing Arts presents Pilobolus Dance Theatre.

Expect the unexpected with this widely popular contemporary dance company!

â€œPilobolus is a mind-blowing troupe of wildly creative and physically daring dancers who leap, fly, intertwine and break all the rules,â€ says Newsday.

The program will include the remounting of Ocellus, the second work created by the original four members. This Pilobolus masterwork explores the relationship between movement and image and is one of the defining moments in the companyâ€™s artistic development.

Ocellus by Pilobolus was made possible by the National Endowment for the Arts' American Masterpieces: Dance initiative, adminstered by the New England Foundation for the Arts.

This is a special season event with Arts Talk! sponsored by Invesco Aim with Q&A following the performance and an H-E-B Performance Prelude by WykdStyl Dance Company (7:30pm, Lobby Piano Level)
