Society for the Performing Arts presents Monumental featuring Ros Warby as a part of the New Now Series at Wortham Theater Center - Cullen Theater.

One of Australia’s leading dance/choreographers, Ros Warby makes her Houston debut with her latest award-winning solo dance work.

Profoundly moving and richly layered, Monumental integrates the solo dance form with film projection and solo cello. It draws from classical ballet’s iconic symbols of the swan and the soldier—bringing focus to our own sense of strength and dissolution.
