The month of January will come to a harmonious close as the award-winning trio of Larry Gatlin & The Gatlin Brothers take center stage on Saturday, January 31, at 8 pm at the Grand 1894 Opera House.

Even if you've heard them before - it's time to hear them again! And Larry, Steve, and Rudy make no secret about it: They love performing at The Grand.

For over four decades the Gatlin brothers have performed everywhere from dusty Texas stages to The White House; from choir lofts to Broadway.
Raised on Gospel music, the brothers first began entertaining audiences in churches and appearances on the Slim Willet radio and TV show in Abilene when they were two, four, and six years old.

"Rudy could barely sing at the time and we all dressed in cowboy suits and looked real cute," recalls Steve.

While their talents have since blossomed far beyond "just looking cute," the brothers still maintain their passion for the music on which they were reared.

"Gospel music was our first love and always will be. It is where we learned to sing," says Rudy.

Larry adds their history as "Gospel music junkies" came from those early roots.

"Our folks took us to those Southern style quartet concerts and it was love at first sound!"

Since 1976, the Brothers have received numerous awards and scored seventeen Top 10 hits, including "Denver," "Houston (Means I'm One Day Closer To You)," "The Midnight Choir," and "The Lady Takes The Cowboy Every Time." "Gatlin harmonies spin with high and light precision and their music bleeds and screams of love and a lot of living," writes the Country Capsule in New York.

Come spend an unforgettable evening as you hear such great songs as "All the Gold in California", "Statues Without Hearts", and "She Used To Be Somebody's Baby."
