     Betz Art Gallery presents the exhibition Portals of Creativity.  Portals of Creativity is the March show of Houston Artist, Roberta Sajda. This exhibition will be part of the Artist Gallery Leagues’ monthly openings on the first Saturday of each month. Art Enthusiasts can visit five art galleries in the heart of Houston all in one night of live music, food, an outdoor art market and free refreshments.

    The Betz Art Gallery open house includes a variety of deconstructed photographs and mixed media works. The artist will also give a demonstration and talk on creativity at 6pm at Betz Art Gallery.

    Sajda has begun to deconstruct her paintings and reconstruct them in the computer. She is extending her creative inquiry into painting and the figure, resulting in original artist’s proofs reinterpreting marks and meaning in the original paintings. Sajda is an honored teacher in the field of creativity and has traveled the world giving seminars and teaching people how to find to find their own “Portals of Creativity”. Roberta Sajda invites you to see her world and discuss the creative process through her paintings, drawings, photographs, sculpture and writings.

    Portals of Creativity is on view through the end of March.
