    The Hermann Park Conservancy presents a Japanese Tree Planting Ceremony,  Saturday, February 28, at 10am.

    Members of Houston’s Japanese community have generously donated resources to fund the planting of trees in Hermann Park’s Japanese Garden, a symbol of the exchanges between the U.S. and Japan. Through this event, these community groups wish to maintain and improve the Garden and appeal to others to cooperate with them.

    Esteemed Japanese guests Terunobu Nakai and Hiroshi Iwasaki will be in attendance.
