The Center at Christ Church Cathedral presents Welcoming the Stranger with Herman Detering, a "horse whisperer."

Herman will focus his presentation on how trust can be built through cross-species communication, even between prey and predator. He will share insights that can be gained from working with horses and other prey animals.

Learn about the applications to human relationships at the lecture Friday, April 17 at 7 p.m. in the Christ Church Cathedral Great Hall. Also, see the live demonstration on Saturday, April 18 at 10:30 a.m. at South Wind Farms Equestrian Center in Brenham.
