Rudolph Projects/ArtScan Gallery is proud to present the exhibition Ryan Geiger and Jeff Wheeler : Collaborations and New Work on view May 16 through June 27.

Being huge fans of each others work, Ryan Geiger and Jeffrey Wheeler had been toying around with the idea of collaborating for years. Their shared respect, coupled with a unwavering devotion to artistic expression, has yielded work that is new and fresh. These collaborations have allowed each artist to shed their own cultivated missions and egos, in order to pursue new possibilities and open new doors for each of them.

Art is a sharing of personal experience, however profound or mundane. Personal experience is all we have, individually and collectively.

And Ongoing in the Second Floor Gallery - Kate Petley : Overhead.

Kate Petley's collage-based construction of images is inherent to these panels and their relevance is strengthened by the historical use of collage in reconstructing imagery from isolated fragments and sources. The fragmentation alone speaks to current conditions and how we read the visually oriented world.

Exhibition on view through June 27, 2009.
