In the aftermath of Hurricane Ike, public and private organizations are banding together to prepare for, respond to and recover from future disasters. Come join former FOX 26 News Chief Meteorologist Cecilia Sinclair and former Harris County Judge Robert Eckels for an interactive luncheon to learn how we can build a better, more sustainable Houston region. Featured guest speaker Jill Hasling, co-founder of the Houston Weather Research Center, will discuss the role the Center plays locally and how its research impacts Texas. Members and non-members welcome.
