VISUAL ARTS + MUSEUMS

Project Row Houses (PRH) is excited to announce the PRH 2009 Summer Studio Artists. Seven area college/university students, nominated by their professors and selected by a panel of professional artists, will be creating original artwork in the Artist Project Spaces during a six week long residency. In addition to the studio space, this residency includes opportunities to engage within the PRH/Third Ward Community, studio visits with established Houston-based artists and a culminating month-long exhibition.

The public is invited to visit the artists while they work during the Studio Period. The Art Houses will then be on view Wed. - Sun. from 12:00PM - 5:00PM during the exhibition period.
