    Texas Salsa Congress is proud to announce that Houston Mayor Bill White presented Ruby Rivera, co-founder and president of Texas Salsa Congress, with a proclamation announcing Salsa Appreciation Day. In celebration, we will observe Salsa Appreciation Day at Downtown Aquarium Houston on Friday, August 7th. Join Ruby Rivera and the Texas Salsa Congress Organization as we celebrate this honor.
