    Discovery Green and the Yoga Teachers Association of Houston present a Free Day Of Yoga, Monday, September 7 (Labor Day), 8:30am - 10:00am.

    The Free Day of Yoga has been held every year in Austin, Dallas, Houston! Participating cities offer free yoga classes at studios and parks all over the city and in surrounding areas to introduce people to the benefits of yoga. It is a great opportunity for students to try out different styles, teachers and studios. It also provides a wonderful opportunity for teachers to meet with each other as they organize and host this event.

    September is Yoga month. Be inspired & join The Yoga Teachers Association of Houston's FREE Yoga Class. Bring your family & friends and share the love of yoga!
