    Blaffer Gallery Tour with Robert Enright

    On Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 6:30 p.m., Robert Enright will lead a tour of Jon Pylypchuk's exhibition at Blaffer Gallery, the Art Museum of the University of Houston. The tour, entitled The Junkman Cometh: Jon Pylypchuk and the Saving Art of Impoverishment, will start immediately following a short public wine and cheese reception.

    On Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 6:30 p.m., Robert Enright will lead a tour of Jon Pylypchuk's exhibition at Blaffer Gallery, the Art Museum of the University of Houston. The tour, entitled The Junkman Cometh: Jon Pylypchuk and the Saving Art of Impoverishment, will start immediately following a short public wine and cheese reception.

    Enright is a professor at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, and the senior contributing editor of Border Crossings Magazine. The public is invited to this free event, and Blaffer Gallery will extend its regular hours, remaining open through the duration of the tour.

    Parking:

    Reserved parking for museum visitors is along the front of parking lot 16B directly across from the Fine Arts Building. Visitors parking in the reserved area should check in at the museum's front desk.

    All University lots require a parking permit during the hours of 8 am-7 pm but cars may also park in lot 16F for $3. Buses may park in lot 16D. In addition, temporary parking permits may be obtained from the information booth. Parking is free on weeknights after 7 pm and during the weekends
