The Katy Visual and Performing Arts Center (KVPAC) presents KVPAC´s Books Alive! Festival, Saturday, October 17, 11am-3pm.

Festival activities introduce children to the wonderful world of books, the joy of reading and stimulate a desire for lifelong literacy. Event sponsors are: Firehouse Subs, Katy Budget Books, CincoLife, Target, and Texas Commission on the Arts.

Books Alive! productions promote literacy through the presentation of charming musical adaptations of children's literature by KVPAC student actors ages 5-7.
