Andrea White will be the first woman featured in this year’s series at a new location of Blaffer Gallery. Other prominent women scheduled are Sylvia Garcia, Harris County Precinct Two Commissioner and the new President of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO).
