Being in a particular place at just the right time. Meeting someone who steers us in an unforeseen direction. The sudden appearance of inspiration, good fortune, or friendship. Disasters that thwart our plans and spin our lives around. Call them chance or destiny -- these are the slender threads that provide direction for our journey into wholeness.

Through compelling, humorous, and surprising stories, two of Houston's most provocative and entertaining teachers will explore how slender threads have guided their own lives and the lives of others in many improbable ways.

    J. Pittman McGehee, MDiv, former Dean of Christ Church Cathedral, is a Jungian analyst, author, and director of Broadacres Center.

Jerry Ruhl, PhD, is executive director of The Jung Center, a psychologist, and co-author of three best-selling books with renowned Jungian analyst Robert A. Johnson.
