The Alley Theatre presents their Spring Studio Nights,  Theatre education for older teens and adults. Mondays, March 29 – May 17, 2010 6:30PM – 8:00PM.

AMERICAN CLASSICS (ages 16+) Students in American Classics will develop a comprehension of and appreciation for playwriting by examining selected plays by great American playwrights, analyzing characters, and performing assigned scenes and monologues.

IMPROVISATION (ages 16+) Learn to act and react through a series of theatre games designed to jumpstart your imagination. Don’t be caught unprepared. Practice real-life scenarios and how to respond.

THEATRE FOR CORPORATE PROFESSIONALS We start with acting basics and move quickly into actually delivering talks. You will be on your feet and presenting like a professional in no time at all! Use sophisticated techniques like voice modulation, attention focusing, and idea pyramids for creating impact and audience engagement.
