Shakespeare Pub presents MOJOFROMOPOLIS.

MOJOFROMOPOLIS is a local Houston Blues group spawned from local Blues Jams through-out the Houston area. It's band members consist of Dennis Clapp on guitar and vocals. aka/ APPLEHEAD. (no joke) Eric Parker on the other guitar and vocals. aka/ Sparky. (SSSPARRRKAY!) Robert Taylor on the harmonica and vocals. aka/ Shamone. (huh?) Barry Feldt on the drums. (huh?) and then the king of HUH??.....Larry Evans on bass and vocals. aka The Grand Pooh Bar!

They have been playing together over the years at local Blues jams, which evidently created a good friendship between the players. Watching them play and joke around with one another, draws you into the show and makes the audience a part of it....sometimes with no choice.....victim of circumstances, I guess.

ANYWAY, MOJOFROMOPOLIS is currently working on their first CD at The Red Shack Studio with Rock Romano.....it don't get better than that! The CD should be finished sometime in 2009....crosses fingers! The boyz are working towards more live performances ..... especially at everybody's favorite Blues club!
