Mary Lee Gray's prints are featured at Archway Gallery February 5 through March 4, 2010 in the exhibition New Images + One, prints by Mary Lee Gray. Artist’s Reception Saturday, February 6, 5 – 8 PM.

Mary Lee Gray is an accomplished artist/printmaker. Her work has been widely exhibited and included in The Southeast Regional Print Shows as well as public and private collections in the US. Gray uses the printmaking process and collages to explore the relationships and tensions between and among human beings, within the person and with the various environments in which we live. Her work is often a montage of small prints creating a larger visual image. Her printing technique includes using both wood and linoleum blocks to print black and white and color prints. Most of her work is printed on hand-made rice paper. Monoprints, collage materials and pastels are also combines with the relief prints to develop completed statements in her work.
