    SKYDIVE is pleased to announce the distribution and exhibition of ART WORK; A National Conversation about Art Labor and Economics. A project by Temporary Services.  On view Jan 23 – Feb 27, 2010.     Temporary Services is an independent, Chicago based collective comprised of Brett Bloom, Salem Collo-Julin and Marc Fischer. Art Work is a newspaper and website that will temporarily use Skydive as it distribution hub. Consisting of writings from artists, activists and academics on the topic of working amidst depressed economies and how that impacts artistic process, compensation and artistic property. Come by to pick up a free copy.

    SKYDIVE utilizes an open and collaborative model for producing its programming. It consists of a group of artists and curators that function as advisors to help create shows, invite artists, and collaborate in the programming of the space. Skydive also hosts the Saturday  Free School for the Arts, providing a community programmed school, free in content and cost.
