    In its season finale concert, April 17-18, 2010, River Oaks Chamber Orchestra (ROCO) will present the world premiere of the Buffalo Bayou Suite, an original composition by Brad Sayles for Endangered Species Media Project’s film documentary about Buffalo Bayou.

    In its season finale concert, April 17-18, 2010, River Oaks Chamber Orchestra (ROCO) will present the world premiere of the Buffalo Bayou Suite, an original composition by Brad Sayles for Endangered Species Media Project’s film documentary about Buffalo Bayou.

    The Buffalo Bayou Suite and film documentary are being created to promote greater understanding of how the quality of human life is enhanced by preservation of Buffalo Bayou wilderness and wildlife. Robert Moody -- (pictured) Music Director for the Winston-Salem Symphony (North Carolina), Artistic Director for Arizona Musicfest, and Music Director for the Portland Symphony Orchestra (Maine) – will be featured as guest conductor.

    Also on the program: Mozart 35th Symphony Resphigi Ancient Airs and Dances.
