    In celebration of Black History Month, Lisa E. Harris will present “A Long Way From Home”, a recital of art songs and negro spirituals accompanied by Ms. Erin Wickliff on piano.

    Project Row Houses presents A Long Way From Home: Recital of Art Songs and Negro Spirituals, Fri., Feb. 26 at 7 PM at 2521 Holman St.  Light refreshments will be served.

    In celebration of Black History Month, Lisa E. Harris will present “A Long Way From Home”, a recital of art songs and negro spirituals accompanied by Ms. Erin Wickliff on piano.

    Lisa and Erin are both Third Ward natives and graduates of High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA) in Houston. Lisa is a concert, performance and recording artist and is currently a soprano with the HOUSTON GRAND OPERA. Along with having an impressive musical talent, Erin boasts an accomplished career in the Medical field.
