    The Jewish Community Center of Houston presents Bagels, Potatoes and Borscht, Sunday, Mar 7 • 10:00 a.m.

    Join us as celebrated children’s author Aubrey Davis retells his favorite stories including Bagels from Benny (winner of the Sidney Taylor Book Award and the Canadian Jewish Book Award), The Enormous Potato, and Bone Button Borscht. Aubrey’s storytelling of Jewish folk tales makes these classic stories, which should be on every Jewish bookshelf, jump off the page and make young hearts (of any age) smile.

    For children ages 4-8. This program is part of the Children’s Performing Arts Series and is partially underwritten by the PJ Library and the JFS Alexander Institute for Jewish Families with Special Needs. A selection of his books will be available for purchase.
