    In conjunction with FotoFest 2010, Anya Tish Gallery is pleased to announce the exhibition Begona Egurbide: Precipice, on view Friday, March 12, Opens Friday, March 19, 6-9 pm.  Through April 17.

    From Glasstire.com:  Begona Egurbide's Precipice exhibition marks her second exhibition at Anya Tish Gallery! Her photographs challenge traditional forms of photography using a process called "lenticular photography" to build layers within her images. The complex narratives that are presented are confrontational and sexual and also explore themes of memory and experience.

    Begoña Egurbide is a Barcelona-based photographer and videographer. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in Europe and Brazil including the International Video Art Show in Berlin and the Dubai Art Fair.
