The Honoree exemplifies San José Clinic’s mission and dedication to reaching out to those who are disenfranchised.

Portrait of Compassion Honorees: Dr. Carolyn Farb & The Charity Guild of Catholic Women. In keeping with the Clinic’s mission, through Art with Heart we honor a group and/or an individual who displays extraordinary compassion towards persons who are uninsured and left out of the traditional healthcare system. These honorees exemplify San José Clinic’s mission and dedication to reaching out to those who are disenfranchised.

Featured Artist: John Palmer. By combining art and purpose, John is becoming one of the most dynamic artists of his time. John describes his work in more emotional than technical terms. He sees his art as free form, full of energy, life and movement. www.johnpalmerart.com

The mission of San José Clinic is to provide quality healthcare and education to those with limited access to such services in an environment which respects the dignity of each person. As a ministry of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, San José Clinic is also a United Way agency and one of the oldest charity clinics in the United States. The Clinic uses the same model of care its founder Monsignor George T. Walsh initiated nearly 88 years ago by relying on healthcare providers and community volunteers who donate time and services to address patients’ needs, all within a single convenient setting.

We hope that you will join us for this special evening. For more information, contact Kiran Qureshi at 713-228-2679 or kiranqureshi@sanjoseclinic.org.
