    Rice University Shepherd School of Music presents the Chamber Music Festival: Spotlight on Paris.

    From morning to evening for an entire day, this festival will include music written by composers from Paris. Works include Ravel’s String Quartet and Sonata for Violin and Cello, Debussy’s String Quartet and Sonata for Flute, Viola, and Harp, Fauré’s Piano Quintet No. 2, both Piano Quartets and his Piano Trio, Honegger’s String Quartet No. 1, Saint-Saëns’ String Quartet and Piano Trio No. 2, Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time, and much more.

    NOTE: Beginning April 5, the concert performance times will be available on the website of the Shepherd School or by calling 713-348-8000. All concerts are free admission and take place in Duncan Recital Hall.
