Rice Dance Theatre presents Body Songs, an evening of original student choreography and performance.

Body Songs features contemporary dance choreography by artistic director Rosie Trump, guest artist Blake Dalton and student choreographers: Gabriela Bello, Taylor Coon, Stephanie Dunlop, Emily Jacob, Hilary Koo, Christina Palacios, Prudence Sun, Dina Yangirova, and Nazima Zakhidova.

With a thirty year legacy, Rice Dance Theatre is a student organization comprised of over twenty company members. Some highlights from Body Songs include a clan of staff spinners, bucket-toting fairytale maidens, and a gaggle of hair tossing women. With graceful gestures and bounding leaps, RDT’s ballerinas, jazz divas, and modernistas put forth their fiercest foot for this production.
