Baytown Little Theater presents A Streetcar Named Desire. 

A Streetcar Named Desire, one of Tennesee Williams best known and popular plays, opens at Baytown Little Theater on April 30. Directed by veteran director, Gordon Gallatin, the cast of nine consists of Rick Olsen in the role of Stanley Kowalski, an earthy street smart man of the New Orleans French Quarter, Maegan Carnew as Stella Kowalski, his loving wife, Julie Bailey as Blanche Dubois, Stella's older sister, a woman filled with romantic illusions unable to accept the realities of life, and Wally Whitley as Harold Mitchell (Mitch) a good hearted naive man who lives with his mother and falls in love with Blanche.

Rounding out the cast are Taylor Dobbs as Eunice Hubell, Travers La Ville as Steve Hubell, the voltile upstairs neigbors, Jaime Appleby as Pablo Gonzalez, John Brokaw as the paper boy, and Joy Woods in mutiple roles of Nurse, flower seller, and woman.

This Tennessee Williams masterpiece is in capable hands with this cast and is a must see for all theater lovers.

Opening night is Friday, April 30. The play will run three consecutive weekends with performances on Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday matinees at 2:30.
