The Midnight Theatre Company Presents: Case No. 105. The debut of Houston’s newest theatre - The Midnight Theatre Company – is set to take place at the Midtown Art Center on May 14 & 15 at 8:00p.m., with an additional Sunday showing May 16th at 3 p.m.
The debuting play is Case No. 105, a one-man show written and directed by the Midnight Theatre Company’s Artistic Director, Jimmy G. Mai. The play, an adaptation of Edgar Allen Poe’s The Raven, is set in a mental hospital and stars Christian Briones, who also serves as the company’s general manager.
In addition to the featured performance, company manager Tara Siewrattan, will entertain audiences with the debut of her sketch comedy group, “The Lonely Hearts Comedy Club.”
The presale ticket prices are $10 and $12 at the door, and the Midnight Theatre Company is offering students a special $2 student discount after presenting their student IDs (valid both for presale and at the door). The first 100 presale ticket-buyers will receive a complementary beverage upon entering the show.
For more information on ticket sales, or to find out about future auditions, please call Jimmy G. Mai at (713) 408-4050.
