Freneticore presents Second Sundays!  In June  featuring  Jane Weiner Knows Stuff!  Sunday, June 13, 7pm to 9pm at Frenetic Theater, 5102 Navigation Blvd. Houston, TX 77011.

Local dance celebrity and activist Jane Weiner (pictured) of "Hope Stone Dance" and "Pink Ribbons" fame will give an exciting presentation on a mystery topic. Witness the epic first chapter in the "Knows Stuff" series, featuring local celebrities ranting about random stuff!

About Jane Weiner:
Jane Weiner graduated from Bowling Green University with a degree in deaf/elementary education and a minor in dance. She had the unbelievable opportunity to work with the Doug Elkins Dance Company for a decade of fine dancing, touring and experiences before her move to Houston, TX in 1996. She has also worked with the wonderful talents of Deborah Tell, Mark Dendy, Donna Uchizano, Joe Chavla, Kevin Wynn, Jennifer Monson, Amy Rosen/Derek Bernstein, and Michael Foley.

She presently is the executive director of HOPE STONE, Inc., and artistic director of the Pink Ribbons Project. She also runs (and is resident janitor as well) at Hope Center a dance and movement facility, and directs Kid’s Play, an arts out-reach program for children 6-18 years old. Presently she is working on teacher training in order to create more arts outreach programs throughout the US and internationally, and a dance movie short EXCESS, scheduled to premiere in Fall 2011.
