The Jung Center of Houston presents What is Kundalini? A Dialogue Between Analyst and Yogi.   Join us for this conversation between Jungian analyst Kate Burns and Kundalini yogi Sat Kartar Khalsa.

Can everyone experience Kundalini? When an experience is described as Kundalini, what does that mean? And what interested Jung about it? In this evening dialogue, Jung Center instructors Kate Burns and Sat Kartar Khalsa will explore how Kundalini relates to psychological and spiritual development. While this evening is mostly discussion, it will also include a sample of simple practices from Kundalini Yoga that can be done while sitting in a chair. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring questions of your own. All are welcome.

Kate Burns, LPC, Jungian analyst, has a private therapeutic practice in Houston.

Sat Kartar Khalsa is a yogi with over 33 years experience in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. He is a Texas Licensed Acupuncturist with a MS in Oriental Medicine and teaches weekly Kundalini Yoga classes for health and vitality.
