The Jung Center of Houston presents Finding Balance in Relationships: Relating from a Yogic Perspective.   Learn how to cultivate more consciousness in your relationships with others in this workshop with Debbie Mills.

Learn about the the four yogic attitudes for relating to others—loving-kindness (maitri), compassion (karuna), joy (mudita) and equanimity (upeksha), also known as neutrality and/or indifference—and the five practices that support them. Through discussion and simple exercises that can be completed in your chair, we will learn how to apply these attitudes to help you navigate your relationships with greater equanimity and grace.

Debbie Mills is a devoted student of Yoga and Ayurveda since 1993, and is a senior student of Sri Srivatsa Ramaswami. She is a registered massage therapist in Texas for the past 17 years, and a practicing yoga therapist for 15 years. She has a private practice in Houston, teaching yoga and eastern philosophy, healing using massage, ayurveda and energetic principles. She teaches internationally and leads yoga treks in the Himalayas of India and Nepal.
