    The Jung Center of Houston presents Celebrating Our Senses: An Evening of Meditation.  Longtime Jung Center instructor Jeanne Herring invites participants to learn simple techniques for deepening awareness.

    Cultivate an appreciation of our senses as a source of deepening awareness. This non-sectarian evening class presents meditations on the senses from a variety of traditions. Participants will learn practices that help develop peace and calm in simple presence, together in class and when we return home. All are welcome.

    L. Jeanne Herring, MS, has studied meditation practices with outstanding spiritual teachers, and has taught meditation for more than 15 years.
