The Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD) presents the 7th Annual Texas Intensive Stage Combat Workshop, September 4 and 5, at the University of Houston School of Theater and Dance.

The Texas Intensive Stage Combat Workshop is a stage combat workshop for actors. No experience necessary. Beginner to advanced level classes in several different stage weapon skills (Rapier, single sword, broadsword, sword and shield, staff, knife, eastern styles, and more) and some instructors' specialties, with a focus on performance principles of staged combat.

*Skills Proficiency Renewals (SPR) for S.A.F.D. members who already have passed a skills test also available.
