Aerosol Warfare Gallery & Boutique presents the 2010 Year-Round Art Show Open House, Friday, July 23, 7pm-11pm. ONE NIGHT ONLY!

Guests will include Chicago-Based ROMEWON & GAPE. ROMEWON entered our 2010 Year-Round Art Show and decided Houston was worthy enough for a visit. ROME Has been a graffiti mural artist for over twenty y...ears. Originally from New York and a graduate of The American Academy of Art in Chicago. Murals have been featured in art projects underwritten by the C.T.A, YMCA and Amtrak. He has also been involved in the committee, volunteering time in the past, teaching art at the Rumble Arts center.

An additional special treat! DENZ TAC, a heavy hitter from the Midwest will be sending and showing artwork specifically for this event!! Denz One™ is an international graffiti writer who started in 1985 on Chicago's Westside. Recognized all over the world for graffiti, Denz One™ has appeared in over 225 graffiti related magazines throughout a 24-year span. Known for painting throughout North America, France, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands, Denz One™ has participated in a number of gallery shows, including Juxtapoz, C-POP and more.

After completing the Denzunorthodox clothing line in 2002, Denz One™ created two pairs of Converse™ Special Limited Edition shoes for Converse Inc. (2007), and continues to expand the growth of Denz One™ Custom Toaster purses nationwide. Denz One™ is currently on tour in the US and abroad, working with those who are bringing graffiti to the forefront. This effort is to open doors for new and old school artists alike.

A cool Cat from Cali will also be joining us for our free Friday event...Live Painting and Screen printing featuring Oliver Black. Oliver is traveling the entire country to expose his screen printing artwork to America! Treat this Cat to some good old Texas BBQ!! Oliver Black has teamed up with clothing brand Black Scale to do some limited edition t-shirts for the tour and video company WhereHaus to make a great video. Come out and see what dope items he will be selling for One-Night Only!
