We are thrilled to host one of the stops on the Smart Chicks Kick It Tour for 2010! Seven amazing YA authors will appear at one venue, talking about their books and anything else.

Author tours are usually organized by the publisher. All we have to do is show up, which is great, but we started thinking maybe we'd like to try something different. Organize our own tour, just the way we want it. Pick the cities. Pick the authors. Organize the events. So, in Sept 2010, we'll do just that.

The authors appearing are:

Kelley Armstrong (pictured above)
Holly Black
Sarah Rees Brennan
Cassandra Clare
Melissa Marr
Alyson Noel
Margie Stohl

The event will be held at The Refuge, which is on the East end of the Connection Center, 13150 Memorial Drive in Houston. Please help us support The Refuge by bringing a canned good to the event. These canned goods will be distributed to local food shelves in need.

In order to go through the signing line and meet the authors, you must purchase one of their books from Blue Willow Bookshop.
