Coronoation Vintage presents Houston Vintage 2010, Friday, October 1 at 8pm.

Houston Vintage 2010 features the Fall 2010 collection of CORONATION VINTAGE:

"The Lady of the Orient"..inspired by Vladimir Tretchikoff
Headpieces by Lindsay Halpin of Violet Peacock Millinery
Hair by: Cara Crafton of Craft Salon
Make-up by: Carol Wagener and Devin Lazaneo

Houston based Stylist/Vintage Designer, Dawn Bell is ready to take you inside a Mid-Century painting and through the provocative Orient! With odd color combinations, Balinese ladies painted blue~

"I adopted many different ways of combining colors through my study of Tretchikoff's work, which you'll see in this collection."I also played around with the idea of how women of the Orient had a fascination with American Culture and together they clashed in a Jackie O. meets Shanghai" kind of way!"

This collection is Pop Culture of the Orient 1950's style!

Fashion show starts @ 9pm
