Da Camera of Houston and The Menil Collection present another STOP, LOOK AND LISTEN! Family Concert. 

This concert series on The Menil Collection campus has quickly  become a popular family event. Combine a visit to the museum (where admission is always free) with an interactive and informative concert. The Menil Collection is located at 1515 Sul Ross, with free parking in the lot on West Alabama between Mandell and Mulberry.

Schedule of Concerts:

October 16, 2010, 3pm -- Vivaldi in the Twombly
Inspired by Cy Twombly’s love of early music, cellist Evan Leslie and percussionist Craig Hauschildt present a program featuring music of Vivaldi, Gabrielli and Golijov.

November 20, 2010, 3pm -- Encounter Music and Art: Da Camera Young Artists
Da Camera’s Young Artists perform repeated “thumbnail” concerts at various locations throughout The Menil Collection campus.

February 12, 2011, 3pm -- Da Camera Young Artists
The Young Artists return with a new adventurous program of chamber music.

April 2, 2011, 3pm -- Family Drum Circle and Jazz Concert with Sam Dinkins III
In conjunction with the Menil Neighborhood Arts Festival and Jazz Appreciation Month.
