Spacetaker is pleased to announce its 5th Annual Winter Holiday Art Market (WHAM), a juried weekend art sale and celebration of Houston’s talented and diverse artists, this November 19, 20 and 21 at Winter Street Studios.

WHAM offers a wide variety of art and specialty items made by more than 60 local artists of all disciplines, including paintings, sculpture, and photography, as well as jewelry, clothing, bath and body items, and more. This three-day exhibition provides Houstonians and visitors an excellent opportunity to purchase unique, hand-made holiday gifts and support the local economy. Patrons may shop while enjoying DJs and live music, complimentary beverages, and an array of food from local restaurants. The IKEA lounge provides shoppers a place to rest their feet and feel at home while they observe a special student exhibition by the Teen Council of the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston.

Since its launch, WHAM has generated more than $166,000 for more than 200 local artists and continues to grow as an important venue for Houston artists. WHAM has become not just a market, but a celebration!
