Revolve Dance Company presents their sixth full length concert, Premieres6, on Friday and Saturday, December 10-11, 2010 at 8pm at Barnevelder Theater.

This performance showcases the diversity of Revolve as it premieres six new works with choreography by Revolve artistic directors Amy Cain and Dawn Dippel, Revolve founding member Matt Dippel, New York based choreographer Wes Veldink, and long-time Houston artist Lindsey McGill. Premieres6 will also include guest artist Beth Everitt and lighting design by Jeremy Choate.

Revolve Dance Company is the professional branch of NHPA® dance studio in Spring, Texas and was founded in 2004 by the seven owners of NHPA® as a means to present new works in the community with the intentions of motivation, inspiration, and education in and through the art of dance.

Revolve is especially unique in that each of its 11 members has received and developed the majority of their dance training and artistic growth at NHPA®. Revolve has presented full-length concerts in The Woodlands and Houston including collaborations with Ad Deum Dance Company and Uptown Dance Company of Houston, the Mayan Kingz of Mexico, and The Wes Veldink Movement of New York.

Additionally, Revolve has performed in numerous Houston events including Weekend of Texas Contemporary Dance, Dance Houston, Choreographers X 6, Triple Focus, Big Range Dance Festival, Dance USA’s The Power of Movement, and recently The Dance Gallery Festival in Huntsville, Texas.
