Join Divergence Vocal Theater for an afternoon gallery concert that combines French music for voice and harp, poetry of longing and love, and dance inspired by Belle Époque barefoot icon, Isadora Duncan.

Composers on the program include Gabriel Fauré, Reynaldo Hahn and Claude Debussy, their works sung in French; with new English translations of the poetry of Victor Hugo, Paul Verlaine, Paul Bourget, and others.
Divergence Vocal Theater is an ensemble of performer-creators, cultivating boundary-defying performances of new classical music-theater works, unconventional stagings of opera and art song, and an exciting fusion of multi-performance arts and new media.
Gallery Conversations are open to the public and free with general museum admission. Museum members always receive free admission. Campstools provided.
