This conversation between the Belgian-born artist/filmmaker Grimonprez, and exhibition curator/Blaffer Art Museum director Claudia Schmuckli covers his work as a media artist and director of the acclaimed films DIAL H-I-S-T-O-R-Y and Double Take.

The program is presented in collaboration with the Blaffer Art Museum at the University of Houston and the Core Artist-in-Residence Program at the Glassell School of Art. The exhibition Johan Grimonprez: It´s A Poor Sort of Memory that Works Backwards is on view at the Blaffer from January 15-April 2 (www.blafferartmuseum.org).
