 Pendulum Theatre puts a comedic spin on Valentine's Day!  The Pendulum Theatre Company will take the mush out of Valentine’s Day this year with their comedic production entitled The Love Tunnel. A Comedic Journey Through Relationships. Running Sunday and Monday, February 13 and 14, upstairs at Rudyards British Pub, audiences will be witness to several relationship scenarios that will evoke many a familiar chuckle.

“I wanted to give couples and singles an alternative to the traditional dinner-and-music date. This production is a compellation of comedic scenes from various plays, as well as monologues and poetry,” states Pendulum’s artistic director, Holly Vogt Wilkison. “We take the audience from the first date, to the "unsure" stage, the possible break-up, and finally the reconciliation… and they can grab a drink while they laugh!”

Included in the mix will be scenes from Howard Korder’s side-tickler, Boy’s Life,  a play about recent college grads and their friends making a go at relationships in the “real world.”

Mrs. Wilkison will be lending some of her own writing as well. “This is going to be fun,” says Wilkison. “I hope to make this an annual production using scenes over the years from other plays.”

Tickets are $10. Show starts at 5pm, February 13, and 8:30pm on Valentine’s Day.
