Houston 48 Go Green Premiere Screenings

The 48 Go Green Project invites local filmmakers to create a short film in a single weekend. Filmmakers are assigned a character, prop, line of dialogue and an eco-related theme - the rest is up to them.

The 48 Go Green Project invites local filmmakers to create a short film in a single weekend. Filmmakers are assigned a character, prop, line of dialogue and an eco-related theme - the rest is up to them.

On February 18-20, the 48 Go Green is coming to Houston! Just like the 48HFP, the 48 Go Green challenges filmmakers to make a narrative short film in only 48 hours, writing, shooting, and editing it. But, to mix things up, this challenge has some slightly different rules than the 48HFP—instead of receiving a genre, each team will get an environmental theme.

In select cities, including Houston, the films from the 48 Go Green will have premiere screenings in a movie theater.

Join 48HFP Wednesday, February 23 at TBH Center to view the masterpieces and celebrate our filmmaking community!!
