    2011 Breakfast for Dinner Gala

    Hope Stone, Inc., along with gala co-chairs Alison Jefferies, Shannon Mann, Joy Posoli and Emily Weinstein, host the second whimsical, tongue-in-cheek  2011 Breakfast for Dinner Gala, on March 5.     Hope Stone, Inc., along with gala co-chairs Alison Jefferies, Shannon Mann, Joy Posoli and Emily Weinstein, host the second whimsical, tongue-in-cheek  2011 Breakfast for Dinner Gala, on March 5. The gala, which will be the first ever to be held at Jon Deal's newly opened Spring Street Studios located at 1824 Spring Street, will raise funds to support Hope Stone, Inc.'s programs, including Hope Stone Dance and the Kid's Play Ensemble. It is guaranteed to be a fun-packed evening drenched in art and good karma!

    Cocktails, appetizers and Hope Stone's boys band, YouthSound, will kick off the evening, followed by a breakfast meal catered by Beaver's. The evening, which will be emceed by Linda Lorelle, will play host to musician and composer Peter Jones, Mercury Baroque vocalist Ana Trevino-Godfrey, the Hope Stone dancers and the Kid's Play Ensemble. These performers will bring a live performance edge to the evening that is not to be missed.

    An array of exciting raffle prizes will be available throughout the night, including a high-end raffle (limited tickets available) for a chance to win a "cooking therapy" class for 12 with Monica Pope, one of Houston's finest chefs, as well as a beautiful pendant designed by Katy Briscoe valued at $3,500.

    The evening closes with a coffee lounge bar presented by Katz Coffee and the melodic lounge tunes of Peter Jones on the ivories and Chris Howard on drums.

    Tables and tickets to this extraordinary event are still available and go to support the mission and programs of Hope Stone, including Kid's Play and the Hope Stone Dance Company. Table sponsorships start at $2,500 and range to $15,000. Individual tickets are $250, while a special bundle of four tickets (the "Most Important Meal of the Day" package) is $1,200 and provides one child a full scholarship to the Kid's Play program.
