PinHed hit the Houston metal scene in late 2002. Shortly after the band was opening for major touring acts like Super Joint Ritual , Devil Driver and Fear Factory to name a few . Going through several musicians through the years. The band had a long list of shows lined up with numerous touring acts that never seemed to get short. Headling Houston Metal Fest and playing Texas Metal Fest the bands fan base grew exponentially. Two years after forming the band and opening for national touring acts around Texas the band was soon on a national tour with legendary Mexican death metal band Brujeria, (Road Runner Records) the brutal grind core/death metal band Cephalic Carnage (Relapse Records).
