The Jewish Community Center of Houston presents Sigali Sings...A Toast to Ava Gardner, Saturday, April 2 at 8:00 PM and Sunday, April 3 at 7:00 PM.

New York City based actress and singer, and native Houstonian, Sigali Hamberger, is thrilled to be returning her hometown to present her latest cabaret act in concert. Sigali is a classically trained, dramatic soprano, who favors a repertoire of classic American Songbook standards, art songs, and Broadway gems.

Inspired by the life of one of the 20th centuries' most alluring screen goddesses, and drawing heavily from the American songbook, the set for this performance extends far beyond the music from Ava's films, and reflects on her life as a femme fatale both on and off the screen.
