Animals have played a central role in some of the best family films of all time. Join Aurora Picture Show for a special series of short artist-made films including William Wegman's among others about your favorite lovable creatures inspired by and in partnership with The Houston Humane Society.

This dog and family evening of flicks about kitties, pooches, and all other pets will take place under the stars at Market Square Park and in collaboration with the Downtown Management District. In addition to booths and demonstrations, the Houston Humane Society will have pets available for adoption from Diamond in the Ruff dogs, as well as trainers on-site to give tips to owners, and the Downtown District will also be offering free photos of people and their pooches.

Activities for Fido will begin at 4PM with booths and demonstrations to train your dog for the gold medal at the next Westminster dog competition. A musical performance at sunset will take us to dark when the pets will come out to play on the big screen.
